About the Grant

Welcome to the evaluation website for the History Grows in Oakland grant. The purpose of the website is to make all evaluation related materials such as data, surveys, and reports available to everyone interested in the project.

Matthew B. Russell, Ed. D, CEO of the Center for Evaluation and Research, LLC (CER), serves as the lead evaluator. Dr. Russell has been the evaluator for many programs, including the Oakland Unified School District's Urban Dreams Project.
